Dental practice consulting

Dental practice growth consulting, grounded in how your office really runs

Ongoing, practical coaching on the business side of the practice: the part most clinical teams never get time to step back and fix.

Sound familiar?

When growth stalls, it's usually operational

  • The phones ring while chairs sit open, and the schedule never quite fills.
  • Treatment plans get presented but never scheduled.
  • The same few people at the front desk handle check-in, insurance questions and the phones.
  • There's a growth plan, but the clinical day leaves no time to work on it.

What we do

Four parts, one ongoing relationship

  • Operational assessment

A direct look at how your practice runs day to day: scheduling, front-desk workflow, and where time and revenue are quietly slipping away.

  • Front-desk and scheduling workflow

We work with your team to tighten the scheduling and check-in process that decides whether your chairs stay full.

  • Case-acceptance coaching

Ongoing coaching for the conversations that turn a treatment plan into an accepted, scheduled case.

  • A standing part of the relationship

This isn't a one-time audit. We stay engaged with your growth goals the same way we stay engaged with your network and your claims.

What we look at

The assessment starts with how the practice actually runs

  • Scheduling: how appointments are booked, where open chair time comes from, and how hygiene re-appointments are handled.
  • Front-desk workflow: check-in, phones and insurance questions, and who is doing what during the busiest hours.
  • Billing health: how old your insurance receivables are and where claim denials keep coming from.
  • Case acceptance: how treatment plans are presented, and what happens to the ones that aren't scheduled the same day.

From there, we recommend specific changes in plain language, agree with you on which ones to tackle first, and work through them with your team. We won't hand you a binder and leave.

Why it's different

Your consultant can see the systems the numbers live in

Most practice consultants work from reports you export and email them. When Vantyx also runs your IT, the same team already knows your practice software, how it's set up and where the data lives. That means less time on discovery and more time on the changes that matter.

Billing and growth are connected, too. Denied claims and an aging receivables report are often symptoms of front-desk and scheduling habits. Our billing work and our growth coaching look at the same practice from both sides.

The goal is the kind of operational support a large group practice builds in, available to an independent practice that wants to stay independent.

How it runs

From first conversation to changes that stick

  1. Start with a conversation

We talk about what's actually bothering you, whether that's billing, staffing, scheduling or growth, before anything is proposed.

  2. Look at the practice directly

We review how the day really runs, on your practice software and at the front desk, rather than relying only on reports.

  3. Agree on priorities

You get plain-language recommendations, and together we pick the few changes worth doing first.

  4. Work through them together

We coach your team through the changes, check in on how they're landing, and adjust as we go.

An honest note: we don't promise a specific number, such as a percentage increase in production or collections. Every practice starts in a different place. We describe what we'll work on and how, and we measure progress with you as we go.
