This website belongs to Vantyx Solutions, LLC ("Vantyx," "we," "us"). We provide practice-growth, insurance billing and managed-IT services to dental and orthodontic practices.
What the contact form collects
When you use the message form, we collect only what you type in:
- Your name
- Your practice's name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- Your message
Like most websites, the services that host this site may also record basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
What we do with it
Your message is emailed to the Vantyx team so we can reply to you. We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry and follow up about it. We don't sell it.
Please don't include patient information
This form is for talking with us about your practice. It is not a secure channel for protected health information. Please don't include patient names, dates of birth, chart details, insurance ID numbers, or anything else that identifies a patient. If a conversation needs patient information, we'll set up an appropriate way to handle it first.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't load tracking scripts from other companies.
